Halden Labs builds the systems that sit between an enquiry arriving and a job being booked. We take on a small number of clients at a time and stay with them after launch.

How we work

We start with what you do now.
Before building anything, we look at how enquiries actually arrive and who answers them. The system should fit your week, not the other way round.
A person is always one message away.
Anything the system isn’t sure about goes to you or your team with the conversation so far. It doesn’t guess at prices or make promises you haven’t approved.
You own everything.
Accounts, phone numbers, calendars and data are set up in your name. If you stop working with us, it all stays with you.
The replies sound like you.
We write every message template with you, and nothing goes live until you’ve read and approved it.
We’d rather say no.
If what you need is a better phone rota or a simpler website form, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a system.
What we don’t do
So you know where we stop.
- We don’t run ads or manage your marketing. We work on what happens after someone gets in touch.

- We don’t send messages to people who haven’t contacted you first.
